Extended Technical Support
FiscalSoft will now offer an Extended Technical Support subscription.
LEXINGTON, KY - October 25, 2003 FiscalSoft has announced they are now offering an Extended Technical Support subscription to current and future FiscalSoft customers.
This Extended Technical Support subscription is an annual contract that provides subscribers with immediate access to a service technician (phone or email) for the specific purposes of computer hardware, networking or Internet issues. This is a service available only to current and future Fiscalsoft customers.

Highlights of the Technical Support subscription will include troubleshooting on the following:
- Computer Hardware - drivers, printers, monitors, internal hardware cards, computer CPU’s, cables, hard drives, cd-roms and other computer peripherals.
- Computer network - layouts and setups. network interface cards, configuring server hardware or software, networking cable, modem, hubs, switches and routers.
- Computer operating systems - installation, configuration and use of Microsoft Windows OS’s - XP | 2000 | 98
- Windows utility software - such as Antivirus, Back-up software, WinZip and FTP programs
- Email and general internet - setup and use
This support service provides excellent value! Subscribers will receive a "bundled" package of telephone and email support for practically any technical issues plaguing your office.These would be problems not directly connected to Fiscalsoft products, therefore would not be covered by the annual Software Support subscription. This will ensure that office systems operate as smoothly as possible with very little downtime due to printer drivers, network connectivity or other technical issues you may have.
